“I’m a teacher who has taken the spreading of the gospel as my adherent passion. I travel to schools across the country preaching the Gospel and distributing Scripture booklets, as I have been doing for the past three years. I visit other organizations, like hospitals, churches, and market places to preach and distribute the booklets. People use them as study guides and love them! I also conduct follow-up efforts to ensure that the recipients are learning and applying the Scriptures to their lives. Feedback from those who receive copies are then channeled to you after the follow-up. Five years ago, when I was arranging my deceased parents’ books, I came across one of your booklets entitled ‘My Bible Reading Book, volumes one and two’, in their wardrobe. In fact, I have become a new person after reading those two booklets. I want all to know and get what I have now. Thank you.” -Richmond G., Ghana, Africa

“Until February 14, 2018, I had taken no thought of why people give their lives to Jesus. On that day, I heard people in my village talking about Him from a distance. My son came running to me as I sat at the doorway of my house. He showed me what he had in his hand. It was a WMP Scripture booklet. He started reading to me, and I was touched by the words which were written in that booklet. My son asked who I wanted to serve. I told him to read more and in the process I asked him what I could do to serve Jesus. He then whistled to the neighbors who were a group of people from EHC-Zambia. Six of them came and helped me to give my life to the Lord. My son ran to our house because he thought we would miss this wonderful salvation. Thank God for the team from EHC-Zambia and my son for bringing this Gospel to me.” -Sellina M., Zambia
“My name is Emlan M. I was born in a Muslim family and taught the way of Islam. We learned that Jesus is only a prophet, like other prophets, and not the Son of God because God cannot have a Son. This is according to our Koran. I became confused when I was given your Scripture booklet, How to Know God, by a team from EHC-Zambia in February 2018. I got interested and wanted to follow the story of Jesus in full. What confused me is the fact that Jesus rose from the dead and He lives. No other prophet has a record that he died and rose from the dead. Our Koran agrees that Jesus lived as a prophet of God. Now, following His story in detail, I find that He rose from the dead to give life to those who believe in Him. No other prophet has lived to give life to others. This was my turning point to give my life to Christ. Thank God that I found Him through His Son and not just a prophet. The EHC-Zambia team are now teaching me how to know Christ more in their Christ group in which I am placed." -Emlan M., Zambia “I lead a team to the remote areas of the western province of Zambia every year. We have had amazing success evangelizing the lost sheep. Last year we had over seven hundred people saved. So far, seven churches have been planted and they continue to grow. Many of these people never heard of the name of Jesus prior to our arrival. We are walking in many of these areas and are limited (in regards to what we can take with us) due to the weight, bulk, and cost to carry very many Bibles. Having Scripture booklets to pass out has been a real blessing." -Jess N., U.S.A. "I used to drink beer every day. I don’t remember reaching home sober. My family never saw me in a sober state. I went to bed drunk and would start drinking early in the morning. People of my village nicknamed me 'the moving grave'. But April 11, 2018 was a different day for me. As I arrived home, I was met by people who were visiting my home. Seeing the state that I was in, one of them handed me a Scripture booklet. He never spoke a word...and they left. The following day, I sat down and tried to read. The bold words on top of the booklet read “The Amazing Life of Jesus Christ”. For the first time, I felt like I was in custody. I thank God that at the end of the booklet were instructions on how to pray to God for salvation. I did as I was instructed and I received such peace in my heart. For the very first time, my family saw me in a sober state and I started reading that booklet to my family members. After a few days, I called the number that was on the back of the booklet and one of the EHC Zambia team members answered. I thank God that my family has since joined a Christ group. I was snatched from fire by the Word in this booklet." Siampeyo C., Zambia “One day I was walking on the sand and a man gave me some booklets. I was on my way to do a bad thing but when I read this booklet, it changed my mind totally! There are some people in my community who do not know about Christ, so they always take their problems to native doctors. I know, by the help of this booklet, they will start to know how Christ can help.” -Enoch T., Ghana “On our journey toward Tete, we used a small bush road hardly, if ever, used by any vehicle. I thought to myself: ‘Lord, how are we ever going to get to the main road with this kind of road?’ As we were traveling through mountainous terrain, we had to cross over about 12 dried-up river beds, some so narrow and steep that I wondered if the truck would get stuck right in the cleft. We had to cross over three very large, dry, sandy riverbeds. In this journey we again felt the Lord’s hand of protection so strongly, knowing that all of this is for His gospel to reach the uttermost parts. Courage welled up in us and on we went. It was late afternoon when we reached a small village—Zenga-Zenga. We found the village chief and asked if we could stay there for the night. Yes, no problem. Wherever we went and wherever we stopped, we always distributed the World Missionary Press Scripture booklets. In this way we planted four new churches. Out there in the bush that is probably the only Scriptures that they have ever received. As I walked with some of the ladies to the river to draw our water, I stopped at the river bank. The ladies climbed down the steep cleft to carry the water back up this steep cliff. As I was waiting for them, a young boy, maybe 10 years of age, came with his bike and water jug to draw his water. As he saw me, he jumped off his bike in fear, left it beside the path and started running back home. He acted as if he had never seen a white person before. I called to him in Portuguese not to be afraid, that I was a friend and that I loved children. He stopped, listened, and then slowly and carefully came toward me, took his water jug, and proceeded to the river. As he returned from the river, we asked him why he was so afraid. He explained that he had never seen a white person. We assured him that all was well. Unfortunately I had no Scripture booklets in Masena with me at that moment. We just exchanged a few words, and he then quickly got on his bike. We ladies walked back together, each of us carrying our water jugs on our head. . . . The chief wanted us to plant a Mountain of Praise church right there at Zenga-Zenga and said his children would be the first to help evangelize in that area. We left two boxes of Scripture booklets, assured that the Word of God had entered there. In remote places like these, where there are no Bibles, no Christian broadcasts, few or no churches, we are so thankful that we have these Scripture booklets as the only source of the Word of God for these dear people. Every time as people read these Scripture booklets, thousands of seeds are planted. I am always encouraged and strengthened by the words that the Lord says in Isaiah 55:11: ‘. . . So is my word that goes out from my mouth: it will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.’ Frequently in Africa it happens that when a chief gets saved, the whole village gets saved. We will find out next time we visit there. It was a great experience and worth every effort and every precarious moment.” -Tanneken Fros, Mozambique "God provided our team in Uganda with a chance to share His love with 150 students, and 25 of them decided to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior! Praise God for these young hearts that are now living a life for Jesus." Pictured: Children receiving The Way to God Scripture booklet.
