With 2,140,758 Scripture pieces, this container is sure to provide materials for many evangelism and outreach opportunities for our coordinator and distributors in Argentina.
Our coordinator in Argentina has been out of material for a while and there are millions of people who are hungry for hope. And there is no greater hope than the hope we have in God, which is why these booklets are so important.
Every booklet represents at least one person who will read about the hope that God freely gives to those who believe in Him. Every booklet is a chance for someone to learn about God’s great forgiveness, mercy, and salvation. Every booklet is important because every person who will receive it is important.
At this moment, the shipment is being held up in port due to
COVID-19. Please join us as we pray for the quick release of these materials once the COVID-19 restrictions are safely lifted.
Pray for every person who will be receiving the booklets to have an open heart for the Gospel. Pray that through the Scripture booklets many people will receive Jesus as their Savior and gain eternal and perfect hope through Jesus. Pray that the Scripture booklets will not only impact one person, but their families, their communities, and their country.
"Since 2012, a lot of WMP literature has gone to the Colombian military. I have seen your booklets in places of honor on the colonels' desks and heard, 'I don't start my day without reading some Scripture.' I have seen a Master Sergeant pull a tattered WMP booklet from a pocket of his uniform and heard, 'It goes with me everywhere.' I have gotten hugs, and seen tears from soldiers as they tell us, 'Thank you for remembering to evangelize the military. We need it.'"
"The postal workers were very scared and desperate when I picked up the boxes of Scripture booklets that you sent.
When they understood that I had received Christian literature, they expressed their desire to receive some booklets and to know more about Christ.
I can say that the doors for the Gospel are now open, even though the borders are closed.
Thanks for your faithfulness in the work of Christ!"
“Many years ago, World Missionary Press printed the New Testament in the Bassari language at our request for the Bassari tribe in Senegal, West Africa. I just wanted you to know that the Bassari tribe in Senegal and Guinea are now 80 percent Christian and are building a Bible school in the bush for themselves. We just wanted to thank you!”
